Missie was appointed Executive Director of the Norton Housing Authority in March 2021 and has since proven to be an exceptional and transformative leader for the community. An MPHA-certified housing professional and current President of the Southeastern Massachusetts Executive Directors Association (SMEDA), Missie brings integrity, vision, and strategic leadership to her role. Her diverse professional background — including service as a former Police Officer and Licensed Cosmetologist — reflects her strong work ethic, discipline, creativity, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
With over six years of experience in public housing, Missie brings a wealth of operational knowledge, regulatory expertise, and valuable community partnerships. Since her appointment, she has thoughtfully reorganized office operations to enhance efficiency and resident service delivery, while implementing forward-thinking policies, procedures, and best practices that strengthen compliance and elevate the overall resident experience. Approachable, empowering, and deeply respectful of her experienced staff and their individual strengths, Missie promotes a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth, accountability, and excellence in service to the Norton Housing Authority community.

Susan serves as our Public Housing Coordinator. A successful entrepreneur and seasoned businesswoman, she brings years of experience working with individuals and families across diverse settings, including human services and early childhood care. Susan is, quite simply, one of the kindest professionals you will ever meet. Approachable, intuitive, and deeply knowledgeable about the local resources available within our community, she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel supported, heard, and valued.
Her willingness to “bend over backwards” to accommodate the needs of others is not just a strength it is a reflection of her character. Susan’s professionalism, warmth, and unwavering commitment to service make her an exceptional asset to the Norton Housing Authority and its community.

Lori serves as our Administrative Assistant & Bookkeeper with a rare combination of financial precision and heartfelt compassion. Known for her warm demeanor and ever-present smile, she brings both professionalism and approachability to every interaction. In the late 1990s, Lori worked with the Natick Housing Authority, and she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Her early career included counseling and supporting young adults with mental health challenges in a group home setting, where she developed strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of individualized care and guidance.
In addition to her human services background, Lori comes from the world of money management and finance, bringing with her a strong foundation in fiscal responsibility, organization, and strategic oversight. As Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper, she manages financial operations with accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail, ensuring that the Authority’s resources are handled with diligence and transparency. She genuinely enjoys helping people understand and navigate their financial situations, working alongside them to ensure they are positioned for stability and success. Lori’s unique blend of financial expertise, administrative excellence, and authentic care makes her an invaluable asset to the Norton Housing Authority and the community we proudly serve.

Chyvonn brings a distinguished record of leadership and service within the housing and human services sector, grounded in both experience and education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Public Administration, along with a degree in Criminal Science — a combination that uniquely positions her to navigate complex systems while advocating for meaningful, resident-centered solutions.
As a Certified Resident Services Coordinator, certified Mediator, Notary Public, and MPHA credential holder, Chyvonn exemplifies professionalism, integrity, and compassion in every aspect of her work. She is known for her ability to connect with people from all walks of life, approaching each interaction with empathy, strength, and unwavering dedication. Her commitment extends beyond services — she is deeply invested in empowering individuals, strengthening community stability, and ensuring that every person who walks through the door feels respected, supported, and valued.

Jared Santos: Maintenance Supervisor

Jared serves as our Supervisor of Maintenance and truly sets the standard for excellence. As a MAHAMS-certified professional, he brings extensive technical knowledge, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of building systems, life-safety compliance, preventive maintenance, and state public housing requirements. He is prompt, efficient, highly organized, and ensures that work orders, inspections, and property upkeep are handled with precision and professionalism.
A skilled mechanic and hands-on leader, Jared works alongside his team and approaches every challenge with expertise and practical problem-solving. His work is unparalleled, and his knowledge of the position reflects exactly what you would want in a highly skilled supervisor. Most importantly, residents consistently praise Jared and the entire maintenance crew for their responsiveness, respect, and quality of work — a true testament to his leadership and the pride he takes in serving the Norton Housing Authority community.
Zachary (Zack) Guy: Maintenance

Zack is an outstanding member of our maintenance team and a true asset to the Norton Housing Authority. He brings strong hands-on experience, mechanical skill, and a solid understanding of day-to-day property operations that are essential in public housing. Zack approaches every work order with urgency, professionalism, and attention to detail, ensuring that repairs are completed efficiently and correctly the first time.
He is dependable, respectful, and takes great pride in maintaining safe, clean, and well-functioning homes for our residents. Whether addressing plumbing issues, electrical repairs, appliance replacements, or general maintenance needs, Zack consistently demonstrates skill, problem-solving ability, and a strong work ethic. Residents frequently share kind words about his positive attitude and willingness to help, often noting how approachable and courteous he is.
