Requests will be addressed during regular business hours.
AFTER-HOURS MAINTENANCE
After 3:00 PM, on weekends, and on holidays, maintenance staff will respond to emergency calls only.
Below is the Housing Authority’s definition of a maintenance emergency the one’s highlighted in RED are of the utmost importance.
MAINTENANCE EMERGENCIES
Maintenance emergencies include, but are not limited to:
Roof leaks
Major water leaks
Electrical hazards or power failure
Fire or fire alarm/panel issues
Refrigerator not working (if repair will take more than 24 hours)
Plumbing or heating emergencies
Major leaks from toilets, kitchen sinks, or bathroom sinks
Severe clogs in toilets, sinks, or bathtubs
Toilet not flushing
Broken windows
Door lock failure (example: mechanical issue preventing the door from locking)
Gas leak or suspected gas danger
No heat during cold weather months
No hot water if outage will exceed 24 hours
Emergency beacon or amber light activation
Dangerous ice conditions on walkways or roadways
LOCKOUT POLICY
Residents who require assistance with a lockout after normal business hours will be charged a $30.00 service fee.
